Anatodo and Structured
Structured is a planner: tasks on its timeline get a time and a length, and your day sits in one line. Anatodo starts from a list: tap a task when you begin, and it writes down how long it took. We make Anatodo, so read this with that in mind.
Side by side
| Structured | Anatodo | |
|---|---|---|
| Your day | One timeline | A list. Pinch it open and it reads as its hours |
| Putting a task on the day | Pick a start time and a length | Write a line. Most tasks never need a time |
| While you work | Time left until the planned end | A timer you start and stop with a tap |
| When it's done | The task is ticked and the plan stays as it was | The minutes you worked stay on the task and in the day's total |
Structured may suit you better if
- You like deciding the day ahead, task by task
- You want the whole day on one timeline
Anatodo may suit you better if
- You want to know how long things took, beside how long you planned
- You'd rather start a task than schedule it
- Most of your tasks don't need a time
How we checked
We used Structured 4.6.4 on an iPhone in November 2026, on the free version, so we haven't tried its Pro features. If something here is out of date, write to hello@anatodo.com and we'll fix it.
Structured is a product of unorderly GmbH. Anatodo isn't affiliated with it.
